About

The Guelph ADHD & Spectrum Centre offers specialized mental health support for individuals with ADHD and Autism, using evidence-based practices like CBT and mindfulness to empower clients. The centre is unique in employing only neurodivergent practitioners to ensure genuine understanding and connection.

Our Story

Founded by Alina Kislenko in 2009, The Guelph ADHD & Spectrum Centre was established to address the lack of services for ADHD and Autism in the area.
