Our Story

The roots of the Alphabiotique Anti Stress Center stem from my own personal struggles. Growing up, I often faced overwhelming stress and anxiety, witnessing its toll on both my health and the lives of those around me. This spurred a relentless pursuit of knowledge about integrative health. I immersed myself in various disciplines—ranging from mindfulness techniques to holistic healing practices. After years of transformation and education, I felt a strong calling to create a space where others could find solace. The decision to open Alphabiotique emerged from a desire to share these healing modalities with my community in Drummondville. I’ve seen firsthand the profound impact that compassionate care, coupled with effective techniques, can have on one’s life. Each day at the center is a reminder of why I started this journey—to help individuals embrace their inner strength and resilience.
