Eugénie Ducatel's journey began as the eldest of four children, where she learned to equate her worth with how much she could do for others. After experiencing professional burnout and personal health challenges, Eugénie made a radical decision to prioritize her own joy and well-being. Now, as a Master Practitioner certified by iPEC in Core Energy Coaching, she helps women silence their inner critics, release guilt, and reclaim joy through transformative coaching and retreats.
