My journey into healthcare began not in a classroom, but during a pivotal moment in my life when I struggled with my own health challenges. After extensive training in various holistic practices, including certification in Acupuncture and Therapeutic Massage, I opened Integrated Health Solutions in Cambridge, ON. What drives me is the joy of witnessing transformation; I love seeing clients grow in their health journeys, hearing their personal stories, and collaborating to find the solutions that resonate.
