Celebrating 25 years in business in 2024, Fiddleheads Health & Nutrition has grown from a small health food store to five locations across the Kitchener-Waterloo area. Founded by Kim Boril and Jenn Arsenault, the business is committed to sourcing innovative, whole food, and non-GMO products. They are dedicated to inspiring health and positivity through knowledgeable staff and community initiatives, including free health seminars and support for local charities.
