Inner Circle Pelvic Health was born out of a desire to provide a holistic approach that intertwines physical therapy, massage, and nutrition—each element playing a pivotal role in healing. In the early days, while I was honing my skills and building my practice, I noticed a gap in the market for providers who truly understood the complexities of pelvic health. Burnaby has been an incredible community to grow in; its welcoming spirit and commitment to health have inspired my work daily.
