The foundation of Limnos Wellness Centre was born out of a deep personal journey toward health and healing. After experiencing firsthand the transformative effects of halotherapy during a visit to Europe, the founder was inspired to bring this unique therapy to Burlington, ON. The center provides a tranquil space where individuals can experience the rejuvenating properties of salt therapy, with a halotherapy room featuring walls lined with Himalayan salt to replicate the benefits of coastal salt air.
