The seed for Aroma Pastry was planted in my childhood kitchen, where I watched my grandmother whip up delectable pastries with love and precision. Growing up in a family that cherished culinary traditions, I often dreamt of recreating those cherished flavors. After pursuing formal training in renowned patisserie schools across France, I returned home to Burlington, driven by a desire to share the rich tapestry of my baking journey with my own community. Armed with a rolling pin and a heart full of dreams, I opened Aroma Pastry to breathe life into my artistic vision. It was challenging at first, but the joy of seeing smiles on my customers’ faces fueled my determination. Today, Aroma Pastry represents not just my craft but a fusion of my experiences, the friendships forged within our doors, and the enduring power of good food to bring people together.
