Our Story

My journey into the world of naturopathy began in my early adulthood, driven by a personal battle with chronic illness that conventional medicine couldn’t fully address. This experience ignited a passion for alternative therapies and a desire to help others like me. I pursued rigorous training in naturopathic practices, earning my degree with honors. The goal was clear: to create a space where individuals could explore healing beyond pills and quick fixes. McDowall Psychology & Healthcare was born out of this vision—an environment where patients are seen as whole beings, deserving of time, empathy, and comprehensive care. Each day, I witness the resilience within my clients as they embark on their health journeys, and it inspires me to keep pushing boundaries in my practice.
