It was a blistering day in Brampton when I realized there had to be a better way to relieve stress. My passion for holistic health ignited a journey that transformed not just my life but inspired the creation of RMT Movement. After years of studying various massage techniques, I found joy in helping others discover the therapeutic benefits that not only heal bodies but nurture souls. I remember my first client—a weary mom who juggled work, family, and her own self-care. After her first session, she left not just lighter but visibly brighter.
