The journey of Avala Wellness began with a personal story. After grappling with respiratory issues and finding limited relief through conventional methods, I discovered halotherapy on my travels. It was a revelation—both a solution and a passion. I returned to Brampton, ON, with a vision to share this incredible therapy with others. My goal was to create a haven where individuals could reclaim their breath and well-being, and foster an environment that feels less like a clinic and more like a community oasis.
