As a not-for-profit organization, CHATS has been dedicated to advocating for and delivering high-quality, person-centred home and community services for older adults and their caregivers in York Region and South Simcoe for over 40 years. Their mission is to empower seniors to live safely and independently at home while also supporting caregivers in their vital roles.
