Our Story
Inspired by a lineage of holistic healthcare practitioners, 3 Generations Care combines the wisdom of traditional folk medicine with contemporary therapeutic practices. Our founder, Ela Shefer, has transitioned from a Physiotherapist’s assistant to a Registered Massage Therapist, embracing natural healing methods to enhance overall wellness. We focus on creating a cozy environment where clients can rejuvenate their body and mind through various massage therapies and nutritional programs.
