Our Story

My journey into the world of Qigong began in my youth, inspired by a chance encounter with a Zen master during a family trip. I was captivated by how seamlessly he intertwined movement with meditation, radiating serenity and strength. Years later, after extensive training in both Qigong and traditional martial arts, I returned to Aurora, driven by a desire to share these transformative practices with others. Shaolin Martial Arts Canada was born from a simple idea: to create a space where individuals could explore their physical and mental boundaries while connecting with their inner selves. Each session here is a reflection of my belief in the potential of every individual to achieve balance and well-being. This path is not just a profession for me; it’s my calling. Watching students evolve, find joy, and regain their vitality fills me with gratitude and reinforces the importance of community in this journey.
