Located in the historic Mahone Bay Community Centre, the Mahone Bay Meditation Centre is run by a non-profit society dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive environment for meditation practice. Independent of any parent organization, it welcomes a diverse community of practitioners, both Buddhist and secular. The Centre is volunteer-run, with members encouraged to participate actively in its governance and programming.
