Our Story

Founding ElevateHER was a deeply personal journey for me. Having witnessed friends and family grapple with mental health challenges, I realized that there was an urgent need for a dedicated space for women in our community to find solace and support. Growing up in Truro, I felt the weight of societal expectations on women, and I wanted to create a refuge where they could voice their struggles without judgment. Each story shared in our sessions fuels my passion and commitment to this work. It's not just about helping women navigate their challenges; it’s about fostering a community bond where everyone feels seen and valued. I’ve transformed my experiences and education in psychology into a practice that uplifts and empowers, ensuring that every woman who walks through our doors feels truly uplifted.
