Island Chiropractic & Family Wellness sprang from my personal journey of healing. Growing up in Cape Breton, I watched my father battle chronic back pain and the impact it had on his life. That experience ignited a passion in me to understand the body’s mechanics deeply. After obtaining my qualifications, I roamed the globe to learn varying chiropractic approaches. However, the essence of community always drew me home. Upon establishing our practice in Sydney, NS, my vision was clear: create a sanctuary where families could experience true wellness. I remember a family walking in one rainy afternoon, their spirits low but hope clinging strong. Within weeks, they transformed—not just in mobility, but in laughter and connection.
