My journey into wellness began at a very young age when I found solace in nature and movement. Growing up in Winnipeg, I often noticed how much the rhythm of the seasons influences emotions and well-being. After years of searching for my place in the world, I discovered the transformative power of embodiment practices. This passion ignited a deep desire within me to help others navigate their own paths to healing. Thus, Soul Embodiment Wellness Coaching was born. Through my personal experiences with anxiety and self-doubt, I learned the importance of having a supportive guide.
