Our Story

My path to opening Northern Flow was ignited during a particularly challenging winter in Thompson. Struggling with both my mental and physical health, I found solace in yoga. It wasn't just the physical practice that captivated me; it was the way each pose allowed me to express myself and find balance amidst chaos. As I deepened my practice, I realized that many in my community were searching for the same relief I had found. This drove me to create a space where people could gather, share experiences, and heal together. Each time someone opens the door and walks in, I see a reflection of my own journey—a desire for connection and self-discovery. My goal is to empower others to explore their bodies, cultivate mindfulness, and ultimately find their own flow.
