Reflecting on my early life, it’s incredible to see how the seeds of my passion were planted. My grandmother, an herbalist, would gather herbs and share stories of their healing properties. Those afternoons spent with her—learning which plants soothed, healed, or energized—ignited a lifelong fascination with natural medicine. After years of study and practice, I opened Thompson’s in my hometown of Thompson, MB, to honor that legacy of holistic health. Every day brings new challenges and rewards.
