Our Story

My journey to create Inspire Change Wellness Centre for Men emerged when I realized that men often bear the burden of isolation during recovery. Having witnessed friends battle addiction without adequate support, I felt compelled to change the narrative. My personal history with recovery, combined with my passion for holistic wellness, led me to establish a space that prioritizes connection and understanding. It’s not just about overcoming addiction; it’s about rebuilding lives and relationships. I wanted to create a place where men could gather, not only to heal but to inspire change in one another. The responses from our clients have reinforced my belief in this mission—seeing them support each other during group sessions, share laughter in our workshops, and embrace mindfulness together has reaffirmed why we do what we do. The centre is more than a rehabilitation facility; it’s a community grounded in trust and compassion that I am honored to lead.
