Our Story

Welcome to Soul Stryde! My name is Alicia, your personal coach. I am a certified Life Coach born and raised in Vancouver, BC. I am excited about the journey we will take together, and I look forward to making a difference in your life! I coach adults of all ages with: Life Purpose, goal-setting, accountability, relationships, and self-love. The coaching work I do is about helping people reconnect with their inner power so that they can make conscious choices about who they want to be in this world. My own personal journey has been about evolving my sense of inner voice, developing awareness around what’s important for me and learning to live a life about which I am passionate! My coaching expertise also includes helping teens/children build life skills and personal awareness – two important things that are not taught in school.
