Our Story

My journey to establishing Coastal Roots Health Centre began from my own struggles with chronic pain and disconnection from my body. Years ago, I found refuge in holistic therapies, which not only eased my physical discomfort but transformed my entire outlook on health and wellness. This personal experience ignited a passion to help others discover similar paths. I wanted to create a space that feels safe and welcoming, where individuals can explore their health without judgment. The vision blossomed into a wellness center that harmonizes various healing modalities, all while fostering a sense of community. I believe that when people come together to support one another, incredible transformations can unfold. Each practitioner here shares this belief, and together, we strive to empower others to take charge of their health through education, supportive practices, and genuine connections. Whether someone walks through our doors for relief, curiosity, or holistic support, my goal has always been to meet them where they are.
