The inception of Studio Seven Pilates emerged from a simple realization: the transformative power of movement, especially in a city as spirited as Victoria, BC. With a background in dance and physical rehabilitation, my journey began when I stepped onto a Pilates reformer for the first time, captivated not only by the exercise but by the sense of community it fostered. Every hour spent teaching is a reminder of why I started this venture. I noticed how Pilates could reshape not just bodies, but confidence and energy levels. I opened Studio Seven to share that experience, bridging my love for movement with a passion for helping others feel their best.
