My path to establishing Massage Therapy Group wasn’t linear; it was shaped by personal encounters with physical strain and emotional fatigue. Growing up in Victoria, BC, I watched family members cope with chronic pain and stress. These experiences ignited in me a desire to learn more about the human body and the powerful effects of touch. My formal training in massage therapy was just the beginning. I diligently studied various modalities that resonated with my philosophy of comprehensive wellness. With every massage I offered, I realized that touch could heal not just the body but also the spirit.
