Our Story
With over 22 years of experience in the mental health field, Corinne Teahen combines her extensive education in social work with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Somatic Therapy. Her passion for holistic health and movement informs her practice, allowing clients to heal and thrive.
