Our Story

Heart & Hands Health Collective was born out of a passion for integrative health. As a child, I was fascinated by the power of holistic methods and how they can transform lives. After years of learning and practicing, I realized that many acupuncture clinics overlook the personal connection that fosters true healing. That's why I opened this space—to create a place where clients feel heard and cared for, not just treated. My journey into acupuncture started with my own healing after a sports injury. I discovered how acupuncture could alleviate physical pain and emotional strain simultaneously. That realization ignited a fire within me to share these transformative practices with others. Every day, I am driven by the stories of my clients—their challenges, victories, and the little moments of change that happen over time. I've built a practice that feels less like a clinic and more like a supportive community. Clients often tell me they leave feeling not only better physically but also emotionally uplifted.
