My journey into men's wellness started unexpectedly, borne out of my own experiences with stress and a perceived lack of resources tailored for men in this vibrant city. I watched as my friends and family struggled to find support that resonated with their unique experiences. With a passion for holistic health and a commitment to breaking societal norms around men's mental and physical wellness, I founded CB MEN'S WELLNESS CENTRE. That's what I strive for in Vancouver, a city filled with diverse individuals seeking connection and understanding. My background, combined with my desire to foster dialogues around men’s health, shapes how I approach each client.
