The inspiration for BetterByDesign Nutrition Ltd. ignited during my own journey with nutrition, a path marked by struggles and discoveries. Initially entrenched in a corporate environment, I found solace and transformation in understanding how food fuels our bodies and souls. This awakening transformed my perspective on health and wellbeing. I decided to share that knowledge, fueling a passion for empowering others to reclaim their stories through nutrition. Each client’s narrative is different, and it’s this diversity that energizes my practice. The community in Coquitlam has supported this vision, embracing the idea of health as a lifestyle rather than a limitation. The drive is simple: to foster an environment where each individual understands that they have a choice—one that leads to better health and happiness, designed by them.
