The journey of StudioHealth -ChiroWorks- began with my own quest for healing. After years in the fast-paced corporate world, I turned to qigong to navigate stress and physical aches that had crept in. Drawing from my training and experience in traditional modalities, I envisioned a welcoming space where anyone—including the busiest city dwellers—could find serenity and reclaim their vitality.
