The spark for Nume Holistic Nutrition ignited years ago when I faced my own struggles with health and nutrition. Growing up in a vibrant, multicultural community in Vancouver, BC, I found my solace in food — not just as nourishment, but as a way to connect with my roots. It was a painful realization when I saw how misleading mainstream diet trends could be. I knew there had to be a better way. My mission became clear: to offer a space where people can reclaim their health through a holistic view of nutrition that celebrates individuality.
