Our Story

The seed for Inner Garden Health was planted during my own health journey. After years of struggling with anxiety and chronic pain, I discovered the incredible healing potential of hydrotherapy. The first time I submerged myself in warm water, I felt an innate sense of peace wash over me—an experience I knew I had to share. Inspired by the warm embrace of Kitsilano’s natural surroundings, I transformed my passion into a purpose: to create a space where others could find solace and healing through water. Each hydrotherapy treatment I design is rooted in empathy and understanding, shaped by the stories of clients who step through my doors. I have immersed myself in various techniques, ensuring every session embodies personalized care. It’s about more than just relieving symptoms; it’s a holistic experience, nurturing the body and soul alike. Witnessing clients reconnect with their inner selves motivates me daily to keep this journey alive.
