The journey to creating Circle Wellness began with a deeply personal experience. As a young athlete, I struggled with chronic pain and fatigue, searching endlessly for relief. Traditional therapies often fell short, but when I discovered hydrotherapy, it was a turning point. The gentle embrace of warm water, combined with innovative techniques, brought me the relief I had longed for. Inspired by this transformation, I dedicated my life to understanding and sharing the healing benefits of water. After years of training and exploration, I opened Circle Wellness Granville Island with a vision to provide that same sense of ease and restoration to others. Each client who walks through our doors is more than just a visitor; they are a part of a community where their stories are honored. I am proud to say that our approach is rooted in empathy and understanding. We believe in creating a nurturing environment where everyone feels safe to explore their wellness journey.
