My journey into holistic psychology began in childhood, where I experienced firsthand the powerful connection between mind and body. Growing up in a family that valued open dialogue about emotions, I realized early on that mental health didn’t have to be a taboo topic. After earning my degree in psychology, I sought out holistic practices that complemented traditional methods. This search led me to various therapies like mindfulness and art therapy. Establishing My Holystic was a dream to create a nurturing environment where people could feel safe exploring their mental health challenges. Every client brings a unique story, and my goal is to provide the compassion and understanding each person deserves. Witnessing transformations in my clients—seeing them grow stronger, more aware, and capable of tackling their life challenges—is what drives my passion each day. This isn’t just a career for me; it’s a calling, and I feel privileged to facilitate this incredible journey for others.
