Our Story

The inspiration behind Solinga Wellness Counselling & Reiki goes back to a pivotal chapter in my life. I was feeling overwhelmed, caught in a whirlwind of stress and uncertainty. A chance encounter introduced me to Reiki, and it opened my eyes to the profound effects of energy healing. As I immersed myself in learning, I combined it with my background in counseling. Each session became not just about alleviating discomfort but empowering individuals to reclaim their peace. It is this journey that inspires me every day, encouraging those in the Vancouver community to explore their inner harmony.
