The idea for Planted Holistic Healing emerged from my own transformative experiences with mental health. Years ago, overwhelmed by life’s demands, I stumbled upon a community of healers who introduced me to holistic practices. Guided meditations, energy work, and therapeutic conversations reshaped my understanding of healing. Realizing the change these methods brought me, I felt compelled to create a space where others could experience the same journey. Every success story, every healing moment fueled my passion further, leading to the establishment of my practice in Vancouver. Here, I draw on my love for nature, mindfulness, and human connection to cultivate a supportive environment. Each session is not solely a job; it’s a calling to guide others on their journey to reclaiming their authenticity and well-being.
