My journey toward opening Yoga 360 began years ago, rooted in a personal need for healing. After experiencing the transformative effects of yoga during a challenging time in my life, I felt compelled to share this practice with others. I envisioned a space where individuals could step away from life's chaos and reconnect with their true selves. As I traveled through various styles of yoga and holistic practices, I understood the profound impact this ancient tradition can have on mental and physical well-being. I returned to Surrey, BC, driven by a desire to build a community focused on growth and authentic connection. Every element of Yoga 360 reflects my commitment to creating a safe haven for individuals on their journeys, where they can embrace both the challenges and joys of their practice.
