Years ago, I stood by helplessly as a close friend ignored his growing health issues until it was too late. That experience sparked something in me—a determination to create a space where men could seek help freely and without stigma. Health Initiative for Men - HIM in Surrey Health Centre emerged from this vision. Through community involvement and personal anecdotes shared in our workshops, we build trust and connection. It's not just about treatment; it's about fostering a supportive network, encouraging men to embrace vulnerability while seeking wellness.
