Our Story

The seed for Christine Duke Holistic Wellness Coach was planted years ago during a personal journey through challenging times. While working in the corporate world, I often felt disconnected from my true self, burdened by the pressures of life. A fateful encounter with a holistic mentor opened my eyes to the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I realized that I could help others navigate their own paths to wellness, just as I had discovered mine. This realization ignited a deep passion within me to explore and study various holistic modalities, from mindfulness practices to nutrition coaching. Over the years, I've seen how profoundly these approaches can transform lives. The joy of witnessing clients unearth their potential, find balance, and reclaim their health is an inspiration that fuels my practice daily. Every journey is unique, and I cherish the privilege of being a part of each one.
