The inspiration for Revive Breathwork and Soundbath emerged from a pivotal moment in my life. A decade ago, I faced overwhelming stress and anxiety that clouded my days. In my search for relief, I stumbled upon a breathwork retreat. That experience not only shifted my perspective but ignited my passion for these practices. Eager to share the healing I found, I immersed myself in various training programs, learning from gifted practitioners and exploring the depths of sound therapy. Establishing this center is my way of offering others the same transformative experiences that changed my life. Each client’s story resonates with me, reminding me of my own journey. My commitment to this path is rooted in genuine connection, and watching individuals grow and heal fuels my desire to keep creating this nurturing space here in Surrey, BC.
