The inception of Health in Colour Counselling and Wellness Services was sparked by a moment of clarity during my own struggles with anxiety. I, like many, faced the overwhelming waves of life's demands, and through my journey of healing, I uncovered a passion for helping others navigate their challenges. The multicultural essence of Surrey inspired me to create a space where individuals from diverse backgrounds could find solace and support. I envisioned a place that not only addressed mental health issues but celebrated the rich tapestry of human experiences.
