Our Story

The seed for Garratt Wellness Centre was planted years ago when I experienced a personal health crisis that forced me to re-evaluate what wellness truly meant. I had been entrenched in the fast-paced corporate lifestyle, neglecting my own needs. Through my journey of recovery, I discovered the transformative power of holistic practices. I recognized how healing could be more than just treating symptoms; it could be a profound journey of self-discovery and empowerment. With a desire to share this enriching experience with others, I sought advanced training in various modalities, from yoga therapy to sound healing. As I stood at the helm of my own wellness center, I envisioned a place where everyone could feel valued and empowered on their unique paths.
