Our Story

The inspiration behind Pathways Clubhouse emerged from a personal journey. As a resident of Richmond, BC, who struggled with anxiety and depression, I realized how isolating it can feel to face these challenges alone. After years of finding solace in therapy, I knew I wanted to create a space that embodied warmth and inclusivity. Driven by the belief that mental health support should be accessible to all, I began to weave together methodologies that had helped me heal. From engaging in art therapy to finding solace in mindfulness practices, I aimed to offer a diverse range of therapeutic options at Pathways Clubhouse. I wanted every individual who walks through our doors to feel a sense of belonging, to have a space where their struggles are acknowledged, and their strengths are celebrated. Seeing clients connect, share their narratives, and uplift one another has become the heart of our mission. We are more than just a clinic; we’re a community committed to growth and healing together.
