My journey into holistic psychology began from a deeply personal place. Years ago, I faced my own mental health challenges, which led me to discover the transformative power of holistic practices. I realized that traditional methods needed to be supplemented with an understanding of the individual’s complete story — the emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions. Establishing my practice in Richmond, BC, was not just a career move; it felt like a calling to serve this community, where I could foster an environment that honors each person’s unique narrative. It's incredibly rewarding to witness clients uncover their strengths and reconnect with their true selves.
