The inception of ERT Cosmetic Clinic was deeply personal for me. As an avid athlete, I often dealt with injuries and recovery challenges. When I first experienced cryotherapy, the immediate relief and muscle recovery amazed me. It was then I realized this would be my way of helping others. Richmond’s vibrant culture and community spirit are the perfect fit for our mission. Since opening our doors, every client interaction has fueled my passion further.
