The dream of Sunrise of Lynn Valley sprouted from my own hunt for holistic healing amidst the hustle and bustle of city life. After years of corporate work, I realized there had to be more than just surviving. I wanted to create a space where everyone could find balance, rejuvenation, and community. Inspired by the natural beauty of North Vancouver, I envisioned a place where individuals could come together—not just for wellness services, but to build connections that uplift the spirit. Launching this wellness center has been a labor of love, driven by my passion for natural health modalities and the belief that wellness should be accessible to everyone. Every corner of this center reflects my commitment to nurturing well-being through personalized care and community engagement.
