The inception of Shade Ayurvedic Wellness Ltd. stems from a personal journey that began in my childhood, long before I ever understood the significance of wellness. My grandmother often spoke about Ayurveda, imparting its principles through stories that painted vivid images of balance and harmony. Years later, while navigating my own health struggles, I turned back to these teachings. Immersing myself in Ayurvedic study transformed my life. I traveled to India, where I studied with respected practitioners and healed my own ailments through authentic Ayurvedic methods. The realization that both mind and body cooperate to create wellbeing shaped my approach. I returned to North Vancouver with a mission: to share this profound knowledge and provide a haven where individuals could connect with holistic health.
