Our Story

The spark for my journey into holistic healing ignited when I felt overwhelmed by life's demands. Almost serendipitously, I attended a Reiki session that left me deeply transformed. It was more than just relaxation; it was a revelation. I realized that many people, like me, carry unspoken burdens and yearn for healing. This ignited an unwavering passion within me to study and master Reiki. As I honed my skills, I discovered the incredible power of combining energy healing with life coaching. My practice now draws from my own experiences and challenges, reinforcing my belief that everyone has the capacity for healing and radical self-change. I have dedicated myself to this work, crafting each session to be a full-body experience that celebrates individual journeys toward wellness. In Nanaimo, BC, my goal is to create a safe space where each person feels heard and valued, encouraging transformation from the inside out.
