The inception of Coastal Integrative Health & Wellness was inspired by my own journey of healing. Years ago, I faced challenges that traditional medicine couldn't fully address. It was during this time I discovered the transformative power of holistic practices. I felt compelled to share this gift with others. As I immersed myself in various modalities, I realized that true wellness encompasses mind, body, and spirit. My experiences fueled a passion that led me to establish this center in Nanaimo, BC. My vision is not only to support individuals but to cultivate a thriving community where everyone feels encouraged to explore their own healing paths.
