Our Story

The inception of Bethlehem Centre arose from my personal journey toward inner peace and mindfulness. Years ago, I found myself overwhelmed by life’s demands, desperately searching for clarity and calm. It was during this search that I stumbled upon meditation, and it has since transformed my life. After witnessing the profound impact it had on my mental and emotional well-being, I was compelled to share this gift with others. Establishing the Centre in Nanaimo allowed me to create a community hub, a place where anyone seeking solace could discover their path to mindfulness. Each session I lead is steeped in authenticity, drawing from both my experiences and the collective wisdom of those who have wandered this path with me. This studio is more than a business; it’s a manifestation of hope, healing, and connection.
